Had S&K install a new roof on my home, started with Jessie and Chez came to my home the day after I called for an estimate, they were very informative, climbed on the roof took pictures and explained what they found, Jessie helped me … More with financing then less than a week Rob and crew showed up and got to work these guys are very good at what they do, less than 9 hrs. the roof was completely torn off and replaced, then made sure they left nothing behind, I will recommend S & K to anyone that needs work done, from start to finish everyone was very professional, they definitely take pride in their work. First let me start by saying I stumbled upon S&K from a sign that was in the yard on my daughter's street. After having numerous estimates where I was fed up and just didn't want to deal with another company who was trying … More to charge me the cost of a house just to replace my roof. However, something said just give them a call. I am so glad I did. My first contact was with Eric, which he made me feel very comfortable and assured me I didn't need to pay a arm and a leg for my roof. Although I wasn't ready financially, I knew I was going to call them back.
So, when I was ready, I had the pleasure of working with Jessie. She did an excellent job and answered all my questions. I talked to her 3/29/25 and my roof was completed today., I am amazed at how fast this took. The crew was EXCELLENT!! they completed it in one day and they worked tirelessly all day, and it was freezing outside. Robert was amazing. He answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. My roof on both my house and garage looks absolutely beautiful. All day people were coming by, stopping and asking questions, even my neighbors. By the way they not only tarped my house but also my neighbors on both sides and left all our yards cleaner than they were. I would absolutely encourage anyone to work with them. The pricing is reasonable, and they have good finance options. If you need roof, gutters etc. call them. Once Again thank you Robert and the whole crew!! -
DO NOT HIRE S & K ROOFING — READ THIS BEFORE YOU REGRET IT.
I hired S & K because they were a “trusted name.”
I was LIED to, OVERCHARGED, IGNORED, and BLOCKED.
Here’s what happened:
• Salesperson JESSE promised me a TPO membrane … More roof — I got cheap peel-and-stick roofing instead.
• I was upcharged for plywood that I later found buried under trash they left behind.
• They claimed they tarped my brand-new composite deck — instead, it now has deep scratches and TAR pressed into it.
• I was harassed for payment the same day the job was finished, even though the work was a disaster.
• I’ve had nails in my tires and nails jammed between my new deck boards ever since.
• I brought in professional roofers afterward — the roof is so badly done, it all needs to be torn off and redone.
When I called to get answers, HARRY (the general manager) hung up on me and BLOCKED my number.
This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest.
I had cheaper bids, but trusted S & K because of their reputation.
That trust was a huge mistake.
