Job Description

Must be able to work and direct 8 to 12 workers on a job site.
Be able to problem solve with homeowners and workers
Need 80 to 100 photos per job
Not afraid of heights or getting on roofs to inspect
Be able to work hard long hours
Must be able to direct and hold your ground and direct the men. Be able to multitask.
Be able to handle 3 to 5 roofing jobs a week.
Deal with a CRM.
Get supplies for guys when they run out or low. Upcharge for rotten plywood, OSB, and extra layers.
