Dee was on site and … More keeping me updated with text, calls and pictures and making sure I was informed of any changes or issues, while Jorge and his amazing team knocked out my roof in one day!!! This all happened within a week! I was stressed that we were not going to be able to afford a new roof but financing was so fast and easy and well within our budget!! Jorge and his team took great care of my plants and when they left, it was like they were never even there! I will definitely be using them for any future construction needs and recommend anyone who wants a honest, trustworthy company to go with S & K Construction. Thank you so much guys!!! After numerous quotes, we settled on working with S&K for the replacement of our houses roof. Once (very reasonable) financing was arranged through them, it took barely a week until a large crew of roofers swarmed all over the property … More to have the work done in less than two days.
Their contractors were meticulous as well as respectful of the property - cleaning up and carrying away the old roof debris, down to using magnets to ensure no nails remained on the ground afterwards.
If I have any complaint, it is that I had but one roof for them to replace.

Being elderly, it was important to have someone we could trust after being screwed over by a previous contractor. The process … More was painless. Our salesman Eric was awesome! He was the only one that got onto the roof and the attic. He brought “props” and showed us how the roof is put together, he took the time to go through everything with us and pointed out several issues nobody else saw. He didn’t dodge any questions and was very thorough. Super impressed so far and will update again after the roof and gutters are complete.

We contacted S&K Roofing after a really bad storm, we already had leaks in our outbuildings but they got much worse. The communication with them was great, things were explained to us so we understood and we used the financing company … More that S&K works with. The rates were good and the process was very easy. We opted for metal roofing for the ease of care and longevity. The crew that came out to do the work did a great job, they were respectful of our property and did a great clean up. I waited over a month to review them because I wanted to go through some rain storms to see the results and there is not a single leak in the roof. All in all it was a great experience on a project that no one really ever wants to willingly go through. We would highly recommend S&K Roofing if you have any roofing needs.

I went from giving them a 1 star review to a 5 star review because of how well they handled the situation. The 5 stars are well deserved as the work done was top notch. I have zero complaints about the quality of any of the work done and clean up was excellent as well. I would absolutely hire these guys again thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Harry and Zach. Zach is the owner and he took the time to reach out to me and assured me that everything would be taken care of. They truly do care about their customers satisfaction and it shows... Well done guys!
